HOW I CAME HERE
My Relationship Was Dying,
My Business Was Stuck &
I Felt Like a Fraud — Until I Faced the One Truth I’d Been Avoiding
There was a moment — six years ago — that changed everything for me.
My partner woke me in bed. She had tears in her eyes and whispered: “I’m pregnant.”
We were just starting to settle after years of traveling. I had taken a part-time job in an organic store and some clients as a guitar & vocal coach. We were living in a shared flat with seven people — already an upgrade after living in a van.
And suddenly, I was going to be a father.
It hit me like a lightning bolt: I wasn’t ready.
I didn’t know how to provide for a family. And I had no clear direction.
I wanted to provide. I wanted to show up. But inside, I was drowning: self-sabotage, people-pleasing, procrastination, feeling like an impostor, avoiding conflicts, you name it.
And deep down, I felt ashamed.
Ashamed that I wasn’t “there yet.”
I saw our crying baby next to his burned-out mother... and it woke something in me. A hunger to show up. A need to create something real and lasting. And I realized:
“If I want my loved ones to thrive I need to own my sh*t and become the man I was meant to be.”
So I went ALL IN.
I dove deep into the tools that would then change my life: Gene Keys. Human Design. Theta Healing. Men’s work. Internal Family Systems. Shadow integration.
I stopped searching outside — and started healing from within —
transforming my deepest
pain into purpose into prosperity.
In Business:
The Gene Keys gave me something no strategy ever had: a deep understanding of how I’m designed to move through fear, make aligned decisions, and build a business from purpose. Suddenly, I had a direction.
I learned to grow my business with integrity — not by following rigid tactics, but by standing in the truth of who I am. When you deeply know your own value, when you stop trying to be someone else, when you drop the masks — selling becomes natural. I wasn’t trying to convince anymore. I was getting clients through embodiment and telling the truth — that this work is works.
That was the turning point —
when I realized:

And from that place, my wife and I built a highly profitable coaching business that made 6-figures last year.
In Relationship:
My wife and I walked through fire again and again.
Ten years of deep love, unapologetically being ourselves and also years with almost no sex, years of losing each other and finding each other again.
There were some moments I thought it was over. But it wasn’t. It was transformation. Every time we chose truth over comfort, every time we stepped into the fire of radical honesty, our love deepened.
Not the “Instagram kind” — but the kind forged through conflict, grief, vulnerability, forgiveness, healing, choice.
I learned to stop pleasing. To stop fixing. To stop collapsing. And I began to embrace the hard conversations – and to lead.
I stopped being a boy trying to be good enough — and became a man willing to be real.
That changed our polarity. That brought back joy, play, desire, intimacy. That gave my son a father. That gave my wife a partner. That gave me the dignity of showing up fully in my own life
In Family:
Our family isn’t perfect. But it’s real.
We laugh. We cry. We repair. We set boundaries. We speak truth. We stay. We love.
Business, love and family don’t need to be in conflict. They can be in harmony when you lead from your truth.
This is why I’m more present than I’ve ever been. More magnetic. More prosperous. Not because I found a perfect strategy — but because I finally trust myself.
Because I live in integrity.
Because I built a life that’s truly mine.
And now — I help others do the same.
